我们看中的房子，上市一个月了，没offer。
我们星期六下的offer，deadline是星期天6pm。
星期天晚上listing agent给我的buy agent发email说“The Seller decided to wait
until tomorrow evening to respond to the offer”。
到星期一晚上没有任何回复。我的buying agent给listing agent打电话没人接，留
了言，没回。写了email还cc我一份，还是没有任何回复。
星期二晚上，buyer agent email我，“I have not gotten one thing back, phone
or email. It is frustrating”。
星期三中午，我给buyer agent打电话，offer price再加$10,000。Listing agent回复
“I am visiting the seller today at 6pm. I will present at that time”。
今天（星期四）上午，buyer agent给我email：“I just checked my email and
phone.... Nothing at all from them.... Sorry.”
你说不管是接受不接受offer，还是counter back，你总该给个答复吧？这是普通做人
最起码的礼貌吧？更别说是real estate agent了。K。。。晕菜死我了。
版上大侠们指点一下，这种情况只能move on了？我们其实还是挺喜欢那个房子的。
