The role will be working on a windows base portfolio management system
dealing with trade booking and realtime P&L updates. The system is for OTC
and Fixed income products. The selected individual will be working on
customizing some reporting and patching up functionality.
Required Skills:
- Strong Development knowledge within a windows environment (Any OO
Programing language is acceptable such as C++, Java or C# however C# would
be preferred.)
- Knowledge and experience working with Fixed Income and OTC products
- Good communication skills

3.25% 30y closing cost 1200， 250 can buy point down 0.1% to 3.15%
利息还会再低吗，现在贷款低于150000，计算机算了说要16-18个月 breakeven

我们一般推荐no cost refinancing.

谢谢，上次发的一对一帮找IT工作的贴子被删了，说是不允许做广告。我看花街被老印

到今年年底，对30年的rate没有太大期望，没有重大事件发生的话，基本不会再低了。
不到150K的loan amount，做no cost refi比较难了。
看rate能降下来多少吧。差0.125%也差不出多少钱来了。
