Redfin.com has two kind of agents: field agent and desk agent. field agent
does the showing and showing only. desk agent deals with paperwork and deals
with clients. it's like production line and one desk agent will deal with
many clients at any time to reduce the cost. if you are a first timer, go
with regular agent may benefit more.
