现在是140 状态 Acceptance.
什么时候知道 140是否批准阿？

看了好久的房子，好不容易看到一个还不错的，但是一看seller's property
disclosure statement,有点傻了，凭感觉这个可能是大问题。想求教大家一下，这样
的房子还能买吗？
括号里是屋主的回答。屋主买这个房子买了4年，这个房子根据agent打印出来的广告，
是1967年的，这个也很奇怪，和zillow上给的年份不同，zillow上显示built in 1952
。在这个好学区，房子都非常老。
1. 关于roof

还有，这个房子在街角，门前是一条小路，左手边（背对房子来看）是一条稍微繁忙些
的路。后院还比较大。在那条比较繁忙的路边，按照township的规定，可以加一道3到
4feet的栅栏.
邻居很不错。对门的邻居昨天遇到了，他们搬来半年多了，和这家的情况类似（都是
corner的房子），他们住得很开心。附近社区很不错。
很纠结。还需要去offer,再做inspection吗？还是直接放弃算了。我们主要很担心roof
与structure方面的问题。
请大家多多指教。多谢了。
