看完这个帖子去研究了一下剑桥的房价,比硅谷小黑屋差的太远了,连接近都没有

drought, tighter regulation, likely restricted drug price, and they laid of
many people in the past several years, and also started to consolidate.
Boston is a site most, if not all, of them decide to keep. Therefore, Boston
was not impacted much in this recession, whereas NJ/PA, where there are
also quite some pharma companies, was definitely hit.
Seems report is correct then, claiming that boston/cambridge/brookline
prices slightly rebounded already. Also heard even some Malden apt building
increases rent significantly...

除了pharma, 波士顿的软件业也极其发达,学校又好还多,所以人气旺,房屋市场坏不
到哪里去。
不过如果没有这么低的利率,一切都是浮云了。加上新一轮的经济危机可能也不远了。
现在有点纠结,到底是买房算了呢,还是再观望等房价跳水?
