熟悉，估计应该也是这样。

Look at the word above the case status. It is "My".
If it is "My card was mailed to you", it is more weird.
Because it is you who are monitoring the case, USCIS's standpoint is that
you are checking the case for yourself, so it is your card.
If you add "by USCIS" at the end of the status title, it will make more
sense.
