Do I need to change anything? because the letter for NIW mentioned that the
petition is for NIW. If I need to change the letter, what is change should
be? Do I need to ask the recommender sign again? Thank you very much!

The same question for me. My lawyer suggested me to petition for EB1A using
the NIW references, but I have some concerns. The lawyer said personally he
did not see that as one problem. So i am confused.

如果直接说是用于niw的，那1A/1B就不能用了啊。
通常，1a或者1b的，不提哪类申请，可以用于niw。
最好别都用一样的，真要用，重合个别可以。毕竟niw和1a还有1b的申请，重点不是完
全一致。
一个强调国家利益+你牛，一个主要强调你牛。
