这是HOME INPESCTION的时候，人家说的：房子周围，如果水容易浸到地基，那么地
基会移动（poor perimeter drainage tends to increase seasonal movement.）。特
别明显的是墙出现裂缝。
我现在看的房子说：Several downspouts are discharging water on to areas
adjacent to the foundation. The right side areas appear to collect water and
do not slope away from the perimeter foundation.
如何把水排到里地基远点的？
