做完home inspection后发现房顶有下面的问题。房子大概有9年了,agent说这个房顶
20-30年更换。这些问题算严重吗?如果seller不修的话,降多少钱合适?
Location: Main, Garage, Roof covering is: asphalt shingles, Roof
inspected by: telescopic camera & walking, Number of layers: one visible,
Roof style: Gable. Front lower gable roof - a few cracked and broken
shingles (2) Typical maintenance is recommended which generally consists of
sealing penetrations and repair or replacement of deteriorated or damaged
materials.
Maintenance should help to promote the water tightness of the building and
should be performed on a regular basis.
General condition of the roof indicates the need for further evaluation of
the entire roofing system and repairs as identified by a qualified
