you should. count 3%. offering 10% off means you are still serious.

why 一定不理? a house listed above 600k first, then dropped 530k, my friend offered 450k, final price 470k. hope LZ can update.

maket value was 450k-500k. remember you can always go up, but if you offer high first, hard to go down. .. also, don't expect too much credit from inspection. another thing, if cononial is common in your area, Cape code will be a very slow sale.
