今天escrow 公司发了一个文档，主要一句话就是：
In accordance with Section 18662 of the Revenue and Taxation Code (R&TC), a
buyer may be required to withhold an amount equal to 3 1/3% (.0333) of the
sale price, or an optional gain on sale withholding amount certified by the
seller in the case of a disposition of California real property interest by

另外escrow公司就是他们不负责帮我withhold，一切需要我和seller商量怎么withold

请问我需要问seller填写什么表格，来免除我需要withold这个要求吗？房子是short
sale，看样子他是主要居住在那边的。

是的，我们这边房价涨的很厉害，我们sale price大于他欠银行的钱了，多了几万吧。
