付的利息是一样的，都是从closing时算。只不过付利息的时间有些差别，造成closing
时需要的现金有些不同。
因为closing当月的利息要在closing时付，所以月初close的话，closing时要的现金就
多一些。

没有区别，月初借，相当于借了差不多一个月的Interest only loan。如果你借了30年
的，实际期限是30年加1个月少一点。如果你想把最后一个月搞掉，第二个月还两个月
的本金的就可以了。
如果仔细算起来，月初借可以多赚一个月付本金在一个月内产生的利息。这一般是可以
忽略的，所以你应该根据你别的问题（比如什么时候搬家方便）来决定何时close

Closing Dates on a Refinance
In principle, refinancing should work in the same way as a purchase. If you
close a refinance on the 3rd of the month, for example, you should pay per
diem interest for 3 days to the old lender, and for 28 days to the new

一般closing当月都是只付利息的，反正不交前一个loan的利息，就交后一个loan的利
息。如果funding在每个月的前5天里，有些lender会收一个payment，然后扣funding之
前那几天的利息，似乎更划算，但不是所有lender都这么算的。
因此，不太需要计较refi closing在月初还是月底。
