假如我和老公在不同的州，他在佐治亚州上学，我印第安纳州工作，都满一年了，应该
算各自州的resident了吧！现在我想转学去佐治亚州上学。能享受州内学费么？

You should check the school administration rules. you can use your husband's
address(more than 1 year in GA). you never know if you don't give a try.
