买房，和ld一块儿去title clearing agency签的合同，当时没拿到deed，可过了两个
月后寄来的deed上只有ld的名字。为什么会这样？如何才能把我的名字加进去呢？

It is the closing company or attorney 's error.
Go to your deed office to get it fixed for a fee for about $10- $40.
Check your county deed office for the fee schedule.
