律师有点慢。3月申请降级eb3, 4/6 寄出pp, 4/7 delivered. 至今没有reciept
notice. 昨天催律师去问一下，回复是那边没有任何关于这个pp的纪录。律师说会重新
file pp。
今天收到短信：On April 21, 2016, your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition
for Alien Worker , Receipt Number LINxxxxxxx, was transferred to another
USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a
notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions
in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by May 21, 2016, please go
to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go
to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
这表示开始处理降级了吗？ 还需要继续file pp 吗？
