loan agent告诉我们可以把buyer agent给的rebate放到down payment里,但是她没有
在"disclosure of income and seller concessions"和 “HUD-GFE”里disclose
buyer agent给我们的rebate。
1:她让我们在"disclosure of income and seller concessions"这
个document上, 选"a: I/we have not received any incentives or
concessions to induce me/us to purchase the property”。 她认为 buyer agent
给的rebate 不算 "incentives or concessions"
2:在 “HUD-GFE”上, loan agent也没有disclose 这个rebate。
loan agent只在"closing cost worksheet"上和“uniform residential
loan application”上disclose了这个rebate作为“agent credit”。
不知道这样做有问题么?
