change 2nd floor bathroom. Eliminate door from bathroom3, add access door
from bedroom 2.

that's just a small change. doesn't really help much. suggest that you
consider to close up the space on top of family and move bedroom 1 to there
to make it a suite with 3/4 bath. Also move laundry room over there. doing
so, you can still keep the 2nd stairway although strongly suggest that you
remove it. as for the main stair, make a curved one and turn it away from
facing directly toward front door. by doing so, you actually increased your
living space if your map shows accurate size and opened your front entry to
make the house looks more open.

Which 250 designed this? I don't like it all.
- Closet in bathroom
- Master bedroom door is at the center
- Additional bedrooms and bathroom arrangement looks weird

Do I have enough space? seems it has to take some from the hall way which
makes it narrower.
