PERM 要签字的

perm是online file的吧？当时不需要签字。等file完了律师会打印出来让你签字。
等perm approval之后会让你再签一份。

递交perm时不用签，好像因为是网上递交，approve以后律师收到以后发过来让我签的

EAT Form 9089的Instruction里写的很明白：
Section L
Alien Declaration
2.
Note – The signature and date signed do not have to be filled out when
electronically submitting to the Department of Labor for processing, but
must be completed when submitting by mail. If the application is submitted
electronically, the certification MUST be signed immediately upon receipt
from DOL before it can be submitted to USCIS for final processing.
如果是交电子版的申请，等批准之后寄回来再签。如果交纸板申请，要签好再交上去。
