海归版 delete people's posts just because you express simplely different
view about returning china without saying any rude words.
I said that: people who returned to china before, used to be quiet and
feeling like a loser.
Then my post is deleted immediately and ban from post again.
Is this website in US or in China? Seems even less freedom than speaking in
China!

刚买了个房子。seller没有给买home warrenty，考虑要不要自己买一个。
home inspection的情况如下：
heating system: forced air furnace, electric baseboard, heat pump. age: 29 y
ears.
cooling: cooling system integral with heating system, central air, heat pump
, electric compressor, thermostat, condensing unit capacity: 2.5 ton.
age: 15 years.
water heater: electric, 5 years
sink: 15 years
dishwasher: 10 years
oven: 10 years
refrigerator: 10 years
clothes washer/dryer: 10 years
请问买warrenty大概一年多少钱，我看很多东西都很老了，是不是每年都买比较合算？
