正好儿子学校旁边有家cvs，顺路进去买75%off的夏季清仓。感觉态度好差好差好差啊
，在加州还从来没见过这么歧视外国人的店员。
他家75%off清仓东西是不是不能退啊？买了一个沙滩伞是被人用过的，里面都是沙子
。店员说不可以退。我倒是不介意这个，本身也没多少钱，从开头那家店员态度就非常
非常不好，让我觉得她是不是糊弄我呢。收据上店里哪里都没有写说不可以退啊。

is in no danger of losing its Aaa debt rating even though the Obama
administration has predicted a $1.6 trillion budget deficit in 2010.

草坪后有片小树林在土坡上，不算很荒，可以爬上去吃picnic，
这部分面积是算到lot size里的。
这房子地税很高，但有两个问题不是很清楚：
1. 不知道土坡上的林子有没有算地税
2. 不知道我可不可以开发这片林子做别用，
比如修条小hiking trail，摆几张长椅，放个picnic table，
或者沿路搭个葡萄架种点葡萄啥的，
虽然只有森林公园的道路没有其景色，不过也可算是一种户外享受了。
就这样不开山不动土的，也需要申请permit么？
