They are not unusual IF house is short sale/foreclosure;otherwise,
everything is high for a normal purchase, except for the credit report,
which is the lowest I've seen.
Daily interest charge, government recording, transfer tax, and initial
deposit are estimates. You will be charged the actual cost and refunded if
extra.
