google "flat fee MLS listing" 有太多广告，不知道怎么用。

Here you go with flat fee listing or you can do FSBO. you still need provide
commission to selling agent (buyer's agent) though and do all the works
yourself. be careful and good luck.

what work do I have to do? Even I don't hire an agent, I will hire an
attorney. The agent simply shows the property and collects the offers.
