看着臭宝头上有一块没一块的头发，虽然能成火焰山，但有慢慢熄灭的趋势，终于忍不
住给臭宝剃了个光头。
已经参加一次活动了，能不能再参加一次啊。如果不行，全当拿小光头给带大家的圣诞
增添一点喜感吧！

4.小光头，看到美女妈妈也不用这么鸡动啊!

我看大家都有找lender要rebate或者一些credit,我跟lender email了，结果对方说：
Unfortunately due to fair lending laws it is prohibited to waive fees for
one client and not others. Our fees are kept to pretty much our hard costs
such as Doc Prep Attorney and Closing fee. The Underwriting fee and
Processing fee covers the salaries for me, the processor, underwriter as
well as the cost that we have to pay for each and every verification from
the IRS, SS Admin, your employer, your bank… Each entity charges fees for
the verifications and they all add up quickly.
好像哭穷信, 我该怎么说？
大家支招啊，好的点子有包子。

我觉得只要有ead就不怕，怕的是绿卡下来evl拿不出来。我去年就是485，180天之后失
业，最后用ead找到的工作。

Ead并不需要等180天吧

：我觉得只要有ead就不怕，怕的是绿卡下来evl拿不出来。我去年就是485，180天之后
失业，最后用ead找到的工作。

You have to be very careful about this. Even when you have 485 ead, you need
to wait for 180 days before you can change your current employer.
This is to keep your 485 application.

Always shop for the loans, from at least 3 lenders. Ask them to give you
options for the rates of no cost no point, or with lender credit.

失业不怕是因为可以用ead 工作，但是还是要有相同相似工作，并不是可以抄着手玩了

我的是全权代表listing agent的seller agent作为dual agent，居然也不给，搞得哥
也很不快活。
