进入escrow已经是第19天,按照purchase agreement,所有contingencies都按时
remove掉了,但是卖主觉得卖亏了,他给我2个选折
1。再加5万

好想记得没有penalty。seller的成本就是house多待在market上的成本。当然我们生活
在法制社会,你可以选择起诉,如果你愿意搭时间进去的话。不过,如果一定要买这个
房子的话,到时seller惹毛了,给房子搞点破坏弄点手脚也麻烦。move on 吧

好想记得没有penalty。seller的成本就是house多待在market上的成本。当然我们生活
在法制社会,你可以选择起诉,如果你愿意搭时间进去的话。不过,如果一定要买这个
房子的话,到时seller惹毛了,给房子搞点破坏弄点手脚也麻烦。move on 吧
