Alibaba is just a foreign company.
Softbank: 34%
yahoo: 40% (?)
Ma: 9%
and now IPO in US, any future profit go to US investors. Seems nothing to do
with China but just sucking the money there.

把中国大一点的it公司披了皮看看，你会发现很多都是这样；
而且数据有误，yahoo有22％左右的股份（已经回购了原来的50％）
为啥是国外控股，还不是当时中国的投资者没眼光。
