Hi:
I started looking for a house (too late)! I have locked down about 3 towns.
Regarding location, what else should I pay attention to, other than
following?
(1) power line
(2) train
(3) high way
(4) cell tower (?)
Regarding inside, what should I pay attention to?
First time, thank you very much!
If the mortgage rate goes up, why the mortgage applications went down? I
thought everyone who needs a house will rush to get one as soon as possible.
