朋友说，自己不久前回天津，然后昨天照全家福，朋友家里有四姐妹，就她在国外，她
回去后全家很开心，所有姐妹都聚在一起，准备照抢劫犯。
朋友的姐姐在她之前化妆，画的很浓，然而坐在那里盘头发，四姐妹都穿一样的裙子，
结果她儿子就误认为姨妈是妈妈了！
朋友说，平时都不让二姨摸一下，这一下子跟她亲得不行，谁都抱不走，就腻在她腿上。
所以孩子究竟是靠什么认识人的，是靠声音还是其他的问题，这个真不知道。
其实有时候我也在想这个问题，一两岁的孩子是靠什么分辨大人的呢。

这个owner title insurance知道没用，可是lender好像要求要买，这家伙几乎占了全
部closing fee呀.

是这样的，我和我的lender说我不买了，lender说没问题，但是其他费用要涨1000，我

qjf，全家福，抢劫犯还好不是强奸犯。
小孩子认父母可能是根据某些典型的面部特征。比如有的小娃管所有戴眼镜的中年男叫
爸爸。

It is a one-time paid insurance. Nothing to be canceled.

Title Insurance is a form of indemnity insurance. It is meant to protect an
owner's or a lender's financial interest in real property against loss due
to title defects, liens or other matters.
For example, the previous owner might have some hidden transaction on the
property with a third party, and the third party may come back to claim some
right of the property. In that situation, you don't need to worry about it,
asn the title insurance will either defend you or pay your loss.
