想知道拿到final approval后，贷款是不是基本不会有问题了？有么有可能final
approval，再被lender刁难，比如提出新的condition?
还有就是拿到final approval后之后还要做哪些事情，有哪些需要特别注意的？怎么做
才能比较快的close？

不要开、关信用卡，不要在提供给lender的账户里存大笔现金，不要有太多转账。有些
lender在临close前再查一下borrower的credit report，或要求borrower update bank
statement。其他没啥了，要在closing前敲定房屋保险，并且paid in full。

我这些都办了，结果seller那边又有延迟了...
