看手册上写着，
all closing fund must be in the form of a certified or cashier's check.
the exact dollar amount may not be available until a few hours before
closing.
so u should be prepared to obtain a cashier's check payable to the escrow/
title company upon very short notice.
如果用的上网上银行，如bankdirect,ing等，怎么整？
先准备一个casher's check,然后不够的部分再从local买casher's check?

都转到local的checking里
不过不要着急转，跟loan officer确认之后再动

应该wire payment 也可以。不过一般都是在要签字之前没多久，title 才知道你应该
拿多少钱进去。

Your lender/title/agent will tell you what to do couple of days before
closing. Often either wire or cashiers check.

ing不能wire. 还是先转到local银行比较好。就是需要多验证一个银行账户。

先问你的网上银行能否wire到escrow/title company。如果不能wire. 要先转到local
银行等着。

Only your loan agent knows the best answer, dont do any trandfer until you
confirmed with you loan agent.

loan 批准后或者申请前再动银行帐号

你的loan officer能最准确的回答你的问题。
我了解到的是bankdirect, ING 都能开出cashier check, 只是需要比较长的时间
process. 这里给一个稍微麻烦一点，但适用于所有银行最最保险的做法：
如果你的网上银行账户和local checking account都已经被贷款银行批准了，那么你先
找loan officer 要一份尽可能准确的closing fee estimate, 这样你知道你到底需要
多少钱，然后从网上银行request cashier's check (it may take 3-5 days)
payable to the title company, 金额不能超过贷款银行确认过的金额。假设你提供给
贷款银行6/15 -- 7/15的月结单 with ending balance $56555，那么建议cashier'
s check 的金额不要超过这个数。不足的部分就等你拿到HUD之后再去local branch买
一张cashier check. 对于你local bank account, 同样地，支票金额不要超过贷款银
行确认过的金额。
