今天去找我的loan officer聊天，她说只要我能找到比他们提供的还要低的利率的pdf
文件给她看，她可以给我match,请问大家一般在哪里的贷款公司找这种文件啊，
quickenloan？bankrate她好像说不行。。。谢谢

有的insurance agent自动给加上，有的就没加。。。

信用好的话，各家利率差不太多，大银行fee比较高pre approval一般带利率，不过要
hard pull

There are two kinds of sinkhole coverage: catastrophic and non-catastrophic
coverage.
I believe catastrophic sinkhole coverage is included in all insurances since
it's required by the law. Non-catastrophic coverage is optional.The
property will not be livable for catastrophic sinkhole. Everybody will be
forced to move out by sheirff if that happened.

有的公司根本不给保这个sinkhole；而有的公司自动加上，问问能否去掉来降低
premium，说去掉后premium也不变
