如果现在还没进入申请阶段（包括LCA），还来得及吗？或者有没有可能公司一直有LCA
，可以跳过这个阶段，直接寄petition呢？lz现在挂靠在consulting firm，他们还在
找我工作的公司要申请费未果，consulting firm的hr说下周二前能拿到钱都可以申请
，感觉很不靠谱啊。。。

有的师傅说地砖铺在原来的塑料地板上就好了。但有的师傅说一定要铺水泥板。
这到底有啥区别啊？求科普，谢谢。

难道原来的塑料地板下没有防水层？
水泥板很薄的吗？否则卫生间的地砖不是要比走道的地板高出很多？

政府说最多7个工作日
一般律师都按照7天计划的
不过file lca不花钱，公司完全可以先file，这个最花时间。
如果马上file，很大希望在6号之前批准，然后赶紧搞其他材料，如果你领导6号当天能
把所有文件签字，快递出去，可以来得及。

二楼是地板，会变形，上面有瓷砖，要求稳定，直接铺，瓷砖可能会crack，脱落...
cement board起到了这个过渡的作用

看lz猎头公司靠谱与否
靠谱的话，应该早就把LCA申请了，在等律师费和申请费
据说也有很多律师事务所，会事先file一些LCA，如果谁来晚了，会看看这些事先申请
的LCA适用与否，适用的话，就可以直接用。

When tiling my upstairs bathroom floor, do I need cement board?
It is recommended, but it isn't wrong not to either.
At issue is how flexible the floor is. A properly supported wood floor with
a deflection limit of L/720 will support any type of flooring you can put
down. No floor is built with that stiffness it is nearly cement like. Normal
floors have a L/360 deflection limit, and that is a wood floor with a small
amount of give.

To make up for that people place a lot, possibly too much, trust in cement
boards. Cement boards increase the stiffness of anything away from the edge
of the board. Tile that is set across to sheets have no more protection
against movement than setting it on the wood itself. To a high degree it
does work. There will be less cracks than the average wood floor.
Of course you can get the same effect by putting a 1/4 inch or more of
polymer modified mortar under the tile. Use unmodified mortar on cement
board, modified mortar on wood for drainage and curing issues.
A step up from heaping layers of rock, mortar, etc on the floor is a tile
membrane. A tile membrane is a separation layer. It allows the floor to move
without movement above it. It is very effective in preventing cracking if
you follow instructions.

LCA可以一份对应若干人。一般公司是一份LCA就对应一份H-1B，consulting firm有可
能一份LCA是为同一个title的若干position设的。你这种情况如果他们提前已经file
LCA了（免费）然后等着催款I-129申请费那是可能的。如果还没有，估计时间比较悬

多谢科普，包子送上
主要是担心卫生间地板比走廊高了，1/4也不少了，再加上地砖本身的厚度和grout，真
怕到时候没法看了

那公司好像挺小的，不过近年来也有一些lca的记录，就是怕他们没有律师费就连lca都
不肯给file……
