去年二月装修的房子，厕所重新做的，今天在车库发现厕所漏水。仔细检查了一下，上
下水管都没有问题，应该是浴缸边上地砖漏水（试着浇了一杯水，确认）。看来是去年
装修师傅防水没有做好。
请问：
1。已经一年八个月过去了，还可以追究装修师傅的责任吗？
2。有没有简单办法处理（比如在砖缝上涂防水胶）？
3。如果彻底解决，可能得砸掉地砖（甚至浴缸？）重新铺吧，大约花费要多少？
4。有没有师傅推荐

Hard, but should try. if licensed,reputable contractor, they may repair for
you because they care their reputation.
yes, but no good.
just retile should be good enough. not sure about cost
no idea.

Is there cement backboard under tile?
Also, the transitional zones , i.e., where the wall meets floor, is better
sealed with caulk than grout. The grout in my shower room all cracked in
those area, and i have to remove the grout and put silicone caulk.

地砖下面有水泥，但好像不是全部，中间有空洞。
昨天发现浴室推拉门筐和浴缸之间漏水。把老胶清掉，重新抹了硅胶，今天检查没有发
现漏水。
不过感觉这个不是长久之计，以后还会漏。
