美国房子有房产证一说吗？长啥样子？
刚刚将贷款全付完啦，Mortgage 公司给寄了一封信说：
The above reference loan has been paid in full. Enclosed you will find the
following
Satisfaction/Release of Lien.
然后第二页，主要就是County Clerk的一段话：
I hereby certify that this instrument was FILED in File number sequence on
the date and at the time stamped hereon by me; and was duly RECORDED in the
official Public Records of Real Property of XXX County, XX state.
不会这一页普普通通的纸就是房产证吧？

你的房就是你的房，没有所谓房产证。deed只是个copy。记录在政府那里，记住去赌场

所以美国所谓的房子跟地都是自己的才是假话，中国至少还给个房产证，拿着可以自由
买卖。美国地税收上几十年就够你房子的价值了，若要给孩子继承，还要再收一遍税。
美国政府最怕啥，最怕没主的房子，因为不知道改找谁要税。

美国房子也可以自由买卖啊而且产权是FOREVER 拿着deed看着这几个字怎么看
怎么舒服

房子在close的时候如果有贷款，银行会在房子上record一个Deed of Trust。在贷款付
清的时候，银行会再record一张“Reconveyance Deed”，指明这个Deed把之前的那个
Deed of Trust移除，自此之后房子上不再有loan也和银行无关了。
