现金飞的话可以考虑priceline订机票，用priceline自家的那个Priceline Rewards
Visa Card
想攒里程飞，可以考虑搞BA系列的卡，比如BA 100k, Iberia 100k，Aer Lingus 100k
。三张卡如果能满足消费可以短期攒300k点数。不过chase批不批是个很大问题。BA/

是的呀，国际会议还可以吹。无影响因子，open access杂志还真不知道怎么吹呀。
本来很多IO就觉得review是常规工作，不算judge了，如果还是无影响因子的，可能就
更难搞了。

一般1B，就不用review好了。claim三点，还不如claim两点呢。claim三点，搞不好，
还被IO当成1A来审，就亏大了。

不过，NSC好多IO本来就认为review是常规工作，要是再审垃圾杂志，可能更麻烦。

同意你的观点。
但，问题是，需不需要点缀。好多review9次，10几次的，都无RFE过了。
主要是针对review 而RFE本来就不多。既然垃圾review会带来RFE，而从没听说review
次数少了几次而带来 RFE，为啥还要加垃圾杂志review呢？

那我一个月review了20几篇 editor说，所有的manuscript都提几点小意见就接收的
review，看来是不敢用了……
