2个statements刚好刷满5015，好久不搞卡忘了95的membership fee是不包括在
spending里。打电话说明情况，他们开了case叫我过几天后再打回看看可不可以
reconsider.
估计是不是没戏了??？还有什么办法补救？太懊悔了，就差80几刀。忙中出错，哎。:<

譬如一个85年的1900面积价格大约23万。内部需要重新装修才合胃口。
一个2000年后的房子，同样1900面积，价格大约30万。设计也更好，不用装修

这和修车的一样，原车都是原装部件，新装的基本都是OEM部件，有个别是DIY和发烧级
别也不提高二手车的整体。

我刚装完一个连地下室五千尺的，连工带料，花了小6万。这个是下限。除非自己做，
不可能比我更便宜了。

高盛的预测有时还是准的。比如前些时候，欧元/美元跌到1.18附近时，高盛
放话说,欧元/美元会在一个月内反弹到1.30附近,就基本上预测对了.

宁愿贵点，也要买装修好的，或新点的，装修不仅是花钱的问题，还有你的时间。
为了省点，你要和很多人到交道，除非你不在乎钱。为装修房子花的时间真不值。小
装饰还差不多。

FYI,
Morgan Stanley just downgraded its US growth outlook for second-half of 2010
to 2-2.5% from 3-3.5% previously on Aug 27.
But Morgan Stanley sees no reason to downgrade 2011 and possible reasons to
upgrade, especially if policy turns more stimulative.
嗯，MS好像是说buy on dip buy on dip... 注明一下，MS是街上的死牛。向来牛眼看
市。

Why this kind of chart don't think of volume? For three months straight, the
volume is low.
Low volume means a trend market in long term view. This is my observation.
