Con:
Large balance sheet, very sensitive to the economic changes.
Also, they need to settle the term loan with Golden Sach. GS would take all
their real estate holding if it is not settled.
The company would buy back most of their prefer shares using the
unrestricted Cash, maybe this is an indication that the loan will be renewed.
Anyway, this is an very risky but yet big reward stock.
