最近看到一个房子，挺喜欢，但是有个deed restrict. 上面写着，比如drive way 不
能 pave，只能用碎小石头。 然后deed写着房子对面的住户有权更改房子的颜色，大小
，材料等。
请问这些正常吗？感觉万一对面的住户发神经，说要让我看中的这个房子重新改下，重
建，是不是我也得遵守啊？

inflation起来，道指会涨，因为股票是反通胀的，只要不是恶性通胀就行。

on the contrary, US is fighting for growth. the liquidity in the credit
market is not enough to foster growth.

I disagree. inflation is generally negative to equity market unless it is
caused by growth.

怎么可能，如果有通胀，你所有的earning都会涨，PE保持不变的话，P就得涨。只有通
胀大到显著抑制经济，从而导致earning下降的时候，才会跌。
