70年的老房子，没有装Water-conseving plumbing fixtures. Disclousure documents
上说2017年1月1日起没有装的都要装。刚给plumbing公司打电话，都只有大妈秘书接
电话，没法回答。有懂的朋友能不能说一说？

不明觉厉，这个东西是不是就是所有比较新的省水的东西都算啊。。比如说省水

搜索了下，果然这些都是标准
马桶 1.6加仑或一下，水龙头 2.2 gpm 或以下，淋浴头 2.5 gpm 或以下。
(c) “Noncompliant plumbing fixture” means any of the following:
(1) Any toilet manufactured to use more than 1.6 gallons of water per flush.
(2) Any urinal manufactured to use more than one gallon of water per flush.
(3) Any showerhead manufactured to have a flow capacity of more than 2.5
gallons of water per minute.
(4) Any interior faucet that emits more than 2.2 gallons of water per minute.
(e) “Water-conserving plumbing fixture” means any fixture that is in
compliance with current building standards applicable to a newly constructed
real property of the same type.
LZ 可能需要换几个马桶和水龙头。。和房子多老没关系，就和水龙头和马桶
有关系。都不难换。。板上能换的人一大把。。估计你买了房反正做装修
也要换不少东西。。
