这就是你前几天来问的那个30多年的没有upgrade的房子?这状况也太差了,这一大堆
要修起来可得不少银子。难道这房子比类似的便宜的很多?你还是和你的agent多交流

老头.去年它旁边两个HOUSE 是21万卖的.当然,我不知道它旁边俩HOUSES是啥条件,可能
比我的更差,可能比我的更好.我的AGENT 给我的回复.

what he is willing to do. However, if we submit a request with a huge list
of items large and small it tends to upset the seller. My suggestion would
be to ask for a credit for the the several windows that are having issues,
then have the HVAC unit serviced. We could also ask for a home warranty.
Some of the small items, buyers usually let go. What are your thoughts?

空调这部分是不是和我估计的一样,该想到的都已帮你想了,根本就没有空间可以拿太
多credit。
找个房子也不容易,如果真喜欢这房子,只能试着从其它地方砍。
