Sorry can't type chinese now:
we actually is now using National star. they request us provide a couple
explain letter and visa copy by some deadline. Just wondering if we didn't
do so, will that lead to a deny? We really want to be deny by them

National star-- our builder assigned this loan agent to us, we have to
either apply our loan through them to get the 5000 builder credit. Or get
denied by them to get the credit. This company is totally shit, the rate
they offer us is 3.5% for 15 year fixed, while we do put more than 30
percent down.

看LZ的情形应该是已经conditional approval了，如果关键的condition要求材料无法
提供是有可能被decline的。有些银行，如果限期内无法提供所有的condition docs，
也会decline这个loan。当然，如果希望彻底点儿，就说自己被lay off了，不过，一般
没人这么干。

您应该已经拿到了conditional approval。"Condition"就是final approval需要满足
的条件，这些个条件只要有一条不满足就最终会被deny（例如不能提供appraisal，身
份visa不符合要求，账上资金不够等等）
