新泽西中部买房,370k townhouse 刚开始头就大了。。。
对方律师发了附加条款过来,求帮忙看下面这几条正常吗,多谢了
1.seller's responsibility for any repairs or remediation required for a
certificate of occupancy or repair of wood-boring insect damage shall be
limited to $500 .....这是说如果有任何问题,卖家只出500块吧。
一般大家是不是没有limit啊?
2. home inspection contingency shall be limited to major structure or system
defects only. The contingency shall not include any requested or
recommended maintenance or cosmetic items.
是说只有大问题我们才能退出,有小问题即使卖家不修我们也不能终止合同吗?
