看中一个房子，但Basement中有一根横梁被白蚁咬过， Inspection没再发现活的白蚁
，这样的房子能买吗？

sure you can, but I would make sure the damage to the joist/beam doesn't
raise structural concerns or I would ask the seller to sister it and request
an okay letter from a licensed structural engineer...

谢谢，我也是这样想的，请Structural Engineer 做下检测下，再看情况轻重决定。
