有没有自己大组在招C/C++经验的candidate的同学？求个内推。要求其他语言的职位也
可以，但感觉苹果很看重经验对口。
其实最近刚onsite了一个苹果的组，自己也很感兴趣，面试前全在准备技术问题和刷题
。但面试的时候有一半的时间在问behavior questions，这点我倒是没太预料到（有可
能是我有5年经验，也有可能是两个HM来面两个职位），面完自己感觉还可以，但几天
后杯具。回想一下其实自己在behavior questions部分确实准备不足，比如"tell me
what's your most proud xxx in your work", "what your choice would be if the
two team are interested in you"等等。面完自己感觉还可以完全基于自己对技术问
题的回答。但在behavior questions部分用例子等去说服别人自己能力很强这一点上我
完全没准备，而且也有点太老实了吧，有时候还是需要自信点吹一下自己。。。给后面
面苹果的同学们提个醒吧。不过苹果都是按组来面，所以风格流程还是相差比较多的。
我背景还可以，但C/C++现在职位不太多，有刚好在苹果需要C/C++,算法等背景的同学，
求内推，我可以把简历发给你。
onsite没有一道coding题目，所以没法share面经。讨论的技术问题都是他们实际工作
中的项目设计和一些基本的经典算法和改进，看你有没有工程sense，是不是smart。

The Homeowner Association recommend , which offered me the following two
choices:
1.Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with this proposal to insure
your new home. Our proposal is through the Donegal Insurance Company, www.
donegalgroup.com, which enjoys an excellent rating from A.M. Best (a
nationally recognized insurance rating organization). The annual premium
with a $1,000 deductible is $1,372. You would save an additional 10% on
your homeowner’s and auto insurance if both were insured by Donegal.
2.
I have another option for you. This proposal is through the Northern Neck
Insurance Company, www.nnins.com, which also enjoys an excellent rating from
A.M. Best (a nationally recognized insurance rating organization). The
annual premium with a 1% named storm deduction ($4,240) and a $1,000 all
other covered peril deductible is $1,184. You would save an additional 10%
on your homeowner’s and auto insurance if both were insured by Northern
Neck.

我以前的车一直用Geico，去年买房，Insurance Quote 贵的离谱，后来就把车和房子
一起，选的另外一家。

前年家里出事，回国时我急匆匆没顾上车，结果flood就total了，geico全陪，也没涨
保险。其他公司也会这样理赔吗？

I think Geico outsourced home insurance to Liberty Mutual which is very
expensive.
