那就是title公司黑啦？好像说可以换，不过他们要review。

比我想象的少。以前读精华区说差不多要4%，把我吓住了。

其实你这个9和11都不该是零的。9是预收税，11是保险，这俩又几千。

这个收费是合理的，是的，1,2,3与lender有关，其他的项目换了lender也是一样的。
