我靠，最近才发现被坑爹了，从去年开始在中东某国做博士后，当时老板派我去美国短
期访问一个月，用的是j1签证，其中内容如下：
1:Legal permanent residence country: China.

一个月之后回到中东该校继续博士后，到现在才1年，预计明年4月1日提交h1b申请，需

我爸妈提议说那应该买个房子，问我能拿多少钱出来。。在美国要攒个钱谈何容易，交
税，保险，各种隐性支出等，相信大家都深有体会。我工作三年，还了一些债，爸妈来
美国住了几个月和旅游，我花的所剩无几。。所以跟未婚妻商量后，想着找银行弄个个
人贷款，贷个3万美元。。银行客服周六打电话来核实我的身份，我信用分数FICO是接
近800分，结果可能因为还没绿卡，贷款被拒了。
然后我发个微信回家说我贷款被拒，得另想办法。。
然后刚刚，这边周日晚上，也是国内周一早上，我姐姐姐夫直接去一个好的楼盘付了全
款，我爸发个微信跟我说房子已经买好了。。买好了。。。好了。。。了。。。我未婚
妻睁大了眼睛，看着我，说你们中国人，从讨论买房，到付全款，用了4天时间，120万
人民币就这么付了。。我说你现在感受到中国速度了没。。。。
说实在我自己也有点震惊，毕竟来美国也好些年了，从读书到工作，深刻认识到美国社
会的消费结构和隐性支出，和美国人有多“穷”。。。这边的银行每个星期发各种信件
和信用卡支票让你贷款，几千美元说得多大一回事，穷得跟傻逼似。美国中产贷个3、4
万美刀个人贷款，纠结这纠结那，分48个月,60个月还，每个月还几百刀，哆哆嗦嗦，
猥琐至极。。。

因为已经离开了美国，就没有豁免的说法了，也就是说，必须在中国服务2年才能来美
国申请其他签证（注意，在中东待的时间不能计入这2年的服务时间）。但是，并不是
无解。
1，你除了中国以外，是否是其他国家的永久居民？请咨询美国的豁免办公室，问问你
的这种情况是否受两年回国服务的限制。http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/general/advisory-opinions.html
2，可以先办理O1签证来美。到达美国后，在将来需要转其他身份前，再办理J1的豁免
。

他们家发的coupon里面的20％有时候是online可以用的，要看小字，有的写的store
only的。 我是买他们家一些东西，注册的rewards，然后给寄的coupon。
