不过有“积蓄”不等于有现金，有能变现的“积蓄”也不代表为买房变现就合算吧。至

尽管没有人这么玩，但是应该也无所谓。十万以下的贷款都利率高点，靠利息省税也沾
不到光。当然你可以付2万贷五万，剩下钱去投资也许是8-10，但是赶上股市不好也许
