从一个小builder手里买了新房子，刚两个月，发现不少问题，找builder，但没有反应
，不回电话，不回email。找2－10warranty，人家说第一年应该找builder. 像这种情
况我要不要自己找人修，再上small claim court来要refund?有人有过这种经验么
