现在都不让SR，明显都超过3个月了，一提交就

打uscis的800电话就可以做了，说清楚是做ead的SR，网上默认的normal processing
time是485的时间，所以不让你做
现在都不让SR，明显都超过3个月了，一提交就“still within the normal
processing time...”

如果是电用得太多，就不要用那么多。
如果不多还跳，可能breaker坏了，自己换一二十块钱，电工一二百块钱。
