估计OPENER的拉力不够。试试按住BUTTON 不松手。

auto close is because that detector near the bottom of the doorway is not
aligned properly or the lense on it is too dirty, or simply borken.
YOu can't manually open the door because you haven't released the connection
between door and opener.

manual release那个东西已经弄了。spring应该没问题。lense和sensor一开始就clean
和aligement了。还可能是什么问题。3x

查下你的说明书，会有帮助。
OPENER其实很复杂。
我估计你是拉力不够了，可以调。

原来好好的，全家出去了两周，回来就发现garage door不行了。难道这不用也出问题

建议你YOUTUBE 查一下。
我最近自己修了OPENER， 发现其实很复杂。很多东西可以调。
可能里面某塑料齿轮断掉。。。。。
你先查下MANUAL。

发现应该是torsion spring的问题。spring的线似乎都松了，所以手动开的时候spring
完全失效，导致抬起来门巨沉。而且抬起来一半，本应该停住的，现在不行，马上门就
掉下来。

你这种情况多半是断了。
自家当然可以调，但是要非常小心。出事故运气不好会受伤很重
