First of alll, you need eye and ear protection.
Rent a concrete saw and jackhammer from homedepot or menards. The saw is
very powerful, it can cut concrete like nothing. The jack hammper is 70 lb,
as long as you can hold it, you are ok to use it.
Find someone from craigslist to remove your concrete. It is very difficult
to get rid of it yourself.
The total cost will be $300 to $400.

那个东西如果不是明显的水泥砖那么极有可能是灌注的水泥，肉眼见到的是冰山一角
